Hello, I’m Monique, but you can call me M

I am deeply passionate about supporting others to come home to their authentic selves, and fullest expression, and thrive in their relationships.

For years, I struggled with accepting myself as I truly was. I felt lost, disconnected, and consumed by fear—fear of judgment, of not fitting in, and the relentless belief that I was never enough for anyone or anything.

I kept people at arm’s length, terrified of letting them see the real me. And when someone got too close, I would sabotage the relationship before they could uncover the parts of me I was so ashamed of. Trapped in a cycle of emotional overwhelm and hopelessness, I couldn’t see a way out.

But that pain eventually became my catalyst for change.

I began exploring emotional expression, somatic healing, and embodiment practices—tools that slowly brought me back to myself. These became the foundation of my work today. 

I supports my clients and students to reconnect to their authentic self, reclaim their personal power, express themselves authentically and unapologetically, and build conscious, harmonious relationships.

​​I have worked with thousands of people over the years in person and online through my workshops, programs, coaching and retreats.

It is my mission to support as many humans as possible to come home to wholeness within themselves and create togetherness within their families and communities by first embracing ALL of themselves and their human experience.
